Yes but this depends on the availability of space and attainment of the Joint Admissions Board (JAB) Cut off Point in the respective programme. However, the procedure for applying is as follows:
Write to the JAB secretary, through the Vice-Chancellor/ Principal of the University where you are transferring to, through the Vice-Chancellor/ Principal of the University you are transferring from.
